End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and Connect Here ("Company") governing your use of the Connect Here application ("App").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, and using the App, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, do not download, install, or use the App.

2. License Grant

The Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

3. Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
• Rent, lease, loan, sell, sublicense, distribute, or otherwise transfer the App to any third party.
• Use the App in any unlawful manner or for any illegal purpose, including but not limited to the violation of any intellectual property rights.
• Use the App to transmit any content that is defamatory, libelous, threatening, abusive, obscene, pornographic, or otherwise objectionable.
• Harass, abuse, or harm another person using the App.

4. No Tolerance for Objectionable Content or Abusive Users

The Company has a zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content and abusive users. Any user who engages in such behavior will have their account terminated immediately and may be reported to the appropriate authorities.

5. Intellectual Property

The App, including all intellectual property rights therein, is and shall remain the property of the Company or its licensors. You do not acquire any ownership rights in the App as a result of downloading, installing, or using the App.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. The Company does not warrant that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall the Company be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the App, whether based on contract, tort, or any other legal theory, even if the Company has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law principles.

9. Termination

The Company may terminate this Agreement at any time without notice if you breach any term or condition of this Agreement. Upon termination, you shall cease all use of the App and delete all copies thereof.
